4 weeks of meal plans
If you've had a difficult time setting up a meal plan in the past, then this next four weeks will help you get started. I will talk you through my method for planning and prepping my weekly meals. You will start off slowly and by the end of week 4 you will have a solid foundation in basic meal prep. 
Tips and Tricks
Like everything, meal prep requires the right tools and the right planning. I will make sure you have what you need to get started. 
Intuitive Eating
Stop counting calories and macros. Your body know what to eat and how much. For the next four weeks you will learn how to listen to your own internal guide. Make peace with food and stop dieting.

What is included?
This is a 4 week course. You will get 4 weeks of meal planning and motivation. Each week will include a lesson or habit to focus on. There will be helpful downloads each week. You will also get a grocery list and meal prep plan each week.
